Wheat Ridge inspectors are available between 7:00am and 8:00am, and again between 3:30pm and 4:00pm, depending on load.

That is ninety minutes of inspection availability across a working day, split into two blocks at opposite ends of it.

For a roofing job it shapes everything. A final inspection either happens before the crew starts or after they have finished for the day, and a missed slot is not rescheduled for that afternoon. On a job that needs to close out before a weekend, that single detail can cost you three days.
